Step into Seaside Paradise’s open-concept kitchen/dining/living area via convenient keyless entry and follow the natural light into the living room. Relax into the comfy seating area, perfectly arranged for conversation. Enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the living-room 43" Insignia TV with Roku stick. Participate in playing board games and working puzzles – or grab a book to read. From the living room, you can easily step out onto the back deck/patio and the stairs that lead down to the pool. 

Steps away from the living room, prep and cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the granite countertops and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, small appliances, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your best culinary creations. Grilling on the charcoal grill outside is also an option. 

Grab your morning hot beverage from the Keurig coffeemaker or hot-water kettle for tea. You’ll find several spots throughout Seaside Paradise to enjoy your beverage; try the breakfast bar in the kitchen-dining area, or for fresh air – poolside or on the deck. If you’re in the Master Bedroom, you have your own private deck to enjoy your coffee or tea. 

Dine at the dining table for six, supplemented by additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar – also a lovely spot for lunch or a snack. 

Or dine al fresco on the deck overlooking the pool. You’ll also the find the deck a delightful spot for lounging, soaking up a beautiful day, breathing in that salty sea air, and enjoying wine or cocktails. Gaze at stars by night and catch the sunrise in the morning. 

Ahhh, the pool … Cool off, play, or swim in the crystal-clear water of the heated saltwater pool, which is fenced-in and private. You’ll love hanging out with your group poolside and will find plenty of seating for everyone. Another main attraction awaits you outside – your easy walking-distance access to the beach. You’ll love the convenience of a less-than-3-minute walk to the beach and no parking hassles. Upon your return, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower. 

Need a quiet, private moment, or want to watch something different on TV from what the rest of the group is watching? Escape to the cozy lounge area at the upstairs landing of the stairs, where you’ll find comfy seating and an Insignia TV with a Roku stick. 

After a full day on the beach, or exploring all that the Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach areas have to offer – or just hanging out poolside enjoying Seaside Paradise’s relaxing vibe – head for a restful sleep in your choice of four bedrooms, all with TVs and ample storage via closets and dressers – and three with ensuite bathrooms offering bathroom essentials such as towels and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. 

Calming décor soothes you as you retreat for sleep in the Master Bedroom’s king bed. This bedroom on the upper level offers a convenient ensuite bath, outfitted with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Easily step out onto your own private deck. Wind down to sleep watching the Insignia TV with Roku stick. 

You’ll also find Bedroom 2 on the upper level Luxuriate in sumptuous linens on the queen bed and lull yourself to sleep with the Insignia TV with Roku stick. The ensuite bathroom provides a shower. 

Kids and kids at heart will love the upper-level’s bunkroom with double twin-on-full bunkbeds; the room sleeps 6! Bunkroom inhabitants will appreciate their own private ensuite with tub-shower combo, as well as their Insignia TV with Roku stick so they can enjoy their preferred programming. 

Conveniently located on the main level is Bedroom 4 with its queen bed, ample storage, and Insignia TV with Roku stick. Refresh and rejuvenate in this bedroom’s ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
