When will I get my check in info and door code?

You will receive an email from Dream Vacay Escapes 24-48 hrs prior to your stay with a personalized door code specific to your stay along with details about check-in/check-out times and WiFi credentials.

How do I purchase Travel Insurance?

When booking direct you will have the option to add travel insurance through Insurestays.com.  We strongly encourage you to look over the insurance options as there are multiple available to choose from.

What is your cancelation policy?

For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival date 97% of the payment will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the transaction. Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to arrival date.  No refunds within 14 days of arrival date. 3% withheld for card processing fees. 

 

Please note, Dream Vacay Escapes has no control over when the refunds will be deposited into your account. That is solely controlled by the bank/card issuer and you will need to contact them for details.

 

Dream Vacay Escapes will initiate the refund process within one business day of receiving the cancellation request.

What time is Check In/Check out?

Check-in time is 4:00PM local time (time zone in which the property is located, which is Eastern US time) and check-out is 10:00am local time.


This information is also included in the Welcome email that gets sent out 24-48 hours prior to check-in. Please watch for that email and please add @dreamvacayescapes.com to your safe sender’s list in order to ensure our emails get to your Inbox.


We do humbly request that you adhere to the check-in/check-out times so as to give our cleaning team the time they need to get the home ready for you or the next guest, if you’re checking out.

What do I need to bring and what do you supply?

We provide: starter coffee pods and creamer; travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash; 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels; dish soap and dishwasher pod; laundry pod; trash bag; all linens and towels, including pool towels.


You should bring: groceries, charcoal for grilling. For longer stays consider extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent etc.  Also please ensure you have your login credentials for the streaming services that you are subscribed to. We provide Roku sticks, but you will need to use your own logins to stream your favorite shows.

Is there cell phone service in the area?

Yes, AT&T and Verizon work best in our area. 

What type of internet do you provide?

Seaside Paradise has excellent network connectivity. We offer a blazing fast 1Gbps hi-speed fiberoptic Internet connection.


The home is also outfitted with a MESH network to ensure solid connectivity in every part of the house.


We humbly request that you do not power down/reset any of the MESH nodes or the main cable box. Please DO NOT re-arrange the MESH nodes, as they have been positioned for optimized bandwidth and fastest connection.

What does the kitchen include?

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the granite countertops and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, small appliances, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your best culinary creations.

Is there a grill?

Yes, we do offer our guests a charcoal grill. You can find this on the north side of the building (on your left hand side as you face East, or the ocean). 

Do you allow pets?

We are dog friendly and accept well trained dogs that are of a non-shedding breed. Please inquire at the time of booking, to ensure that Seaside Paradise will be a comfortable fit for your fur baby(ies).


We cap the number of pets at a maximum of 3. If you will be bringing more than 3 pets, please reach out to us prior to booking your stay.

POLICIES:

SMOKING/VAPING:
PROHIBITED in indoor and outdoor living areas. Guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee determined by owner/cleaning team if signs of smoking are found in or around the property


Internet:
Internet service is provided at no charge and Dream Vacay Escapes is not responsible for outages or compatibility with guest devices. Guests may not use the internet service in a manner that violates any local, state, federal or international law or regulation, including but not limited to fraudulent and obscene activity.


Weather and Environmental Conditions:
We are not able to give refunds due to inclement weather and/or early departure. We will rebook reservation if National Weather Service or State Weather Services issues advisories of all road closures that do not allow you to travel between your point of departure and our property. Conditions of and surrounding areas are not reasons for cancellations. 


Temporary Utility Outages:
Temporary utility outages are possible and are beyond the control of Dream Vacay Escapes. When utility outages occur the local service providers will be restoring services. Cancellation and refunds cannot be given when outages occur.


Security:
Our properties feature a security camera by the front door on the doorbell, which monitors any activity in the vicinity of the front door in it’s field of view. The camera does not look into any interior spaces or the pool area. Please note that the security camera can be used to monitor for additional guests, pets, and/or violation of other policies and regulations. Do not unplug, alter, or vandalize the security camera in any way.
